In support of Macintosh platforms running Mac OS 9 and
below, we supply an outdated Java Virtual Machine (JVM) 1.1 for all our software
applications. This JVM has a compatibility problem with Pentium 4 processors.
Fix for Pentium 4 systems

you installed. Refer to the table below for the name of the file.

Open the LAX configuration file in a simple text editor
(Notepad will do). |

Scroll down to the end of the configuration file and
add one line at the end:
lax.nl.java.compiler=off
|
That should do it.
